6 to 8 Years of Experience in Application Migration

• Proficient hands-on experience in ACON applications.
• Should have sound knowledge in Genero, Informix and its related products.
• Strong Informix Database Administration Skills, including proactive monitoring, performance tuning, managing DB objects, and User access management.
• Other database activities include Re-org of tables, Backup, Restore & DR process etc.,
• Experience in migration of DB would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Unix shell scripting.
• Having experience in ITIL process like handling Incident, Change & Problem management end to end.
• Interact with the client, gather the requirements, and estimate the efforts for the work to be carried out.
• Preparing high-level and low-level documents based on the requirements.
• Mentor the team in resolving complex incidents and approaching complex logic based on the requirements.
• Review the code to comply with coding standards and perform quality checks.
• Review the test plan and test results, and implement the code in UAT and PROD.
• Knowledge in both Agile and waterfall delivery models.
• Understand the business process and provide service improvements wherever needed.
