Job Descritpion of Adobe Learning Manager

5+ Years Relevant Experience

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) Specialist to lead the design, administration, and optimization of digital learning experiences on the ALM platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing LMS platforms, developing scalable training programs, and driving learner engagement across diverse user groups, including employees, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Administration

  • Configure and maintain ALM, including user roles, permissions, and learning hierarchies.
  • Manage platform integrations (e.g., SSO, CRM, CMS) to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Oversee user provisioning, group assignments, and learner journeys.

2. Content & Program Management

  • Upload, organize, and maintain learning content (SCORM, xAPI, videos, job aids, PDFs).
  • Utilize the Content Marketplace for pre-built content to support skill development.
  • Develop structured learning paths, certification tracks, and guided journeys for different learner personas (e.g., internal staff, partners, customers).

3. Personalized & Adaptive Learning

  • Leverage ALM’s AI-driven LXP features to deliver personalized learning recommendations and adaptive pathways.
  • Drive engagement through gamification, social learning, and microlearning strategies.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track learner progress, compliance, engagement, and completion rates using built-in dashboards and custom reports.
  • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders for continuous learning improvement.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, L&D, Marketing, and Compliance teams to align digital learning strategy with business goals.
  • Ensure learning programs meet regulatory and organizational compliance requirements.

6. User Support & Enablement

  • Provide tiered support for learners, managers, and authors.
  • Develop job aids, platform guides, FAQs, and training sessions to onboard new users and administrators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Adobe Learning Manager or similar LMS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Experience with eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and authoring tools like Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or Rise.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with LMS reporting and metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating ALM with platforms like Salesforce, Drupal, or Accredible.
  • Knowledge of compliance training, customer education, or channel/partner enablement.
  • Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Learning Manager (preferred but not required).
  • Experience working in a global enterprise or regulated industry.
