Exp : 5+ years

Must have:

  • Overall IT experience of 5+ years –  Experience in Genesys framework and exposure on genesys reporting
  • Experience in Genesys SIP(Session initiation protocol) server development [at least one project executed to completion. Preferably voice
  • Experience in Genesys IRD/ORS application development
  • Experience on Java/J2EE application development/deployment
  • Experience in developing javascript code
  • Experience deploying applications on jetty will be desirable
  • Experience in using GIT
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and ability to research and present findings
  • Strong knowledge of Contact Center Environment, Genesys CTI, Voice, eServices, Inbound and Outbound voice flows, WFM, Genesys Sip debugging
  • Very good Communication skills, to be able to handle aggressive clients

Good to have:

  • Strong Technical Experience with Genesys Multimedia Solutions
  • Strong experience in Contact Center platform
  • Strong Technical Experience with Contact center applications and platform
  • Experience in designing and developing Genesys Multimedia solutions(Chat)
  • Experience in Contact center environment, applications
  • Strong business analysis, requirements, design and documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate both functional and technical concepts to the client and team mates
  • Ability to apply technology to solve business problems
  • Ability to work on all phases of complex work assignments
  • Understanding of technical architecture and strategies of Contact center system
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence clients and management
  • Ability to analyze, use structured problem solving and available tools to troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, action plans, impact and resolution options.
